Pricing & package questions
What's included in the $249 package?
A complete business website tailored to your industry, lifetime hosting on our server, a professional domain (.com, .co, or any), a business email (e.g. [email protected]), full SSL setup, contact forms, Google Maps integration, basic SEO, and 24/7 premium support.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. $249 is the only payment. Hosting, domain (year 1), email, SSL — all included. From year two, domain renewal is ~$12–15/year — that's a registry fee, not our commission.
Does the package include an online store?
The standard $249 package doesn't include a store. Adding a store module with 50 products + Stripe is a one-time $200 — still no subscription.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, for every business worldwide. Card, wire transfer, or BLIK. Invoice within 24h.
Do you offer instalments?
Yes — 2 payments of $125. First at order, second at publication.
PROCESS
How we work together
How long from order to publication?
On average 7 business days. You fill the brief (5 minutes). Day 1: concept and visualization. Days 2–5: build. Day 6: revisions. Day 7: publish under your domain.
What's in the brief?
24 questions in the online panel. We ask about your industry, customers, colors, content, competitors. ~20 minutes on average.
What if I don't like the design?
We make changes without limits until you approve. Usually 2–3 iterations. Plus for the first 30 days after publication we keep making every change for free — just email.
Who writes the copy?
By default, you (you submit it in the brief) — nobody knows your business better. If you want, we write it for you, included in the package, based on your brief and our industry research.
Where do photos come from?
Upload your own. If you don't have any, we use commercially-licensed stock photos included in the package. Custom photo shoots are not included.
TECHNICAL
Hosting, domain, editing
Is hosting really lifetime?
Yes — as long as DEVIQO exists. Running since 2020, 2,100+ active sites. If we ever wind down, you get a minimum of 6 months' notice + full site export.
Can I move the site to another host?
Yes. The site runs on WordPress + Elementor. We give you a full export of files and database whenever you want. No lock-in.
Who edits the site after publication?
We do — email us, we make the change. Standard reaction: 1 hour. Done: usually the same day. Backup before every change.
Is the site backed up?
Every 24h, retained 30 days, stored across three data centers. Restored in 30 minutes on request.
SSL and security?
Let's Encrypt SSL, auto-renewed. Plus intrusion monitoring, DDoS protection, bot blocking. Included.
GDPR / privacy compliance?
Yes. By default we configure: privacy policy, cookie banner, consent forms, IP anonymization in Google Analytics.
SUPPORT
After publication
Do I have support after publication?
Yes. 24/7 premium support is included — forever. Email [email protected]. Reply within 1 hour, 9 AM – 8 PM CET. Incidents handled 24/7.
What's in premium support?
Text and graphics changes, adding photos and posts, small layout fixes, incident response, updates, consulting. Anything that doesn't require restructuring the site.
What's not in support?
New functional modules (e.g. adding a store later), redesigns, integrations with external systems (e.g. specific ERPs). Quoted individually, but always one-time — no subscription.
What if I see ranking drops in Google?
Free SEO audit. We identify the cause. Small fixes within support, larger changes quoted.

What's the 30-day startup support?
For the first 30 days after publication we make any change in copy, photos, colors, and layout — free, just email. Zero per-change limit, zero hourly clock.
What if you have an outage on your hosting?
99.99% SLA. For outages over 4h — 10% package refund. In 6 years we've never used this clause.
